Booking Information
Thanks for your interest in Keltic Kudzu! Please use the form below to
contact us concerning your performance opportunity. There are just a few
suggestions to keep in mind as you plan your event:
- Timing. Please contact us early. We usually book 8–10 weeks before the
event, especially for venues outside the Atlanta, GA area. Check our
calendar to be sure we are not already committed on the date you are
considering.
- Travel. Generally for venues more than 5-6 hours from Atlanta, we will
fly in. You can have someone pick us up (remember that 4 musicians with
instruments and suitcases will require a large vehicle) or you can provide a
rental. With your approval, we'll handle our own 'lowest fare' travel arrangements, but ask that travel costs be reimbursed in advance of the
performance.
- Lodging. For venues outside the Atlanta area, we will need a minimum of
2 hotel rooms (2 star or better, please!) If you have other ideas - the Y,
your house, an RV, please check with us first.
- Food. Green M&Ms only in the dressing rooms . . . just kidding!!! We find that most pubs provide food and beverage before or during the gig, let us know if your policy is different. Festivals will normally provide meal tickets to be used at vendors.
